When you are ready to make your purchase, please follow your choice of steps below, then... Once I receive your payment, your order will be shipped to you.

  Click the “add to cart button” that corresponds with your chosen item. You may continue to shop and “view your cart” along the way. Once you have completed your choices, you will receive an email confirming your t r a c y creative purchase from PayPal. Once I receive notice from PayPal of your order and payment, your order will be assembled and sent to you.

• Order by email

  Click contact and send me an email with the names or descriptions of the items you are interested in purchasing - please indicate preferred payment option: personal check, cashier's check or money order, in your email. I will email a response promptly.

• Order by snail mail

  Use my contact information and write me a note with the names or descriptions of the items you are interested in purchasing - please indicate preferred payment option: personal check, cashier's check or money order, in your note. I will snail mail a response promptly.

• Order by phone

  Call me between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time and leave a message with the names or descriptions of the items you are interested in purchasing - please indicate preferred payment option: personal check, cashier's check or money order, in your voice message. I will return your message promptly.

ordering out of stock items and commissioned pieces:

If you are ordering an item that is currently not in stock but you would like a similar look, commissioned fabric or a commissioned finished item, I will be in contact with you throughout my creative process, emailing pictures along the way if you like. I will let you know when the order is ready and we can discuss your choice of payment at that time.

returns:

Any item may be returned in its original condition for any reason. I will be happy to replace, exchange, or refund your order within 30 days of purchase. I ask that you please give your reason for the return.

If you are in the Uniontown, WA area, stop in at the Dahmen Barn. The Barn is open Thursday through Sunday. I am in my studio there some Saturdays and most Sundays.
